I'm Tim, a designer from Karlsruhe with 12 years in UI and UX. At SAP I lead a design team as functional lead. With my studio Elude Media I work for individuals and smaller companies. Either way, I take ideas all the way to go-live, together with the team.
My skill set, sorted by depth
What people see and use.
So nobody gets lost.
Why people do what they do.
How I work
Research, concept, design and launch, all in one pair of hands. So nothing gets lost between the steps.
Talk to users, look at the data, see what's already out there. Understand the problem before drawing anything.
Narrow it all down to the few problems worth solving, and get everyone involved to agree on them.
Sketch, build a prototype, test it with users, repeat. Rough ideas first, polished screens last.
Work side by side with the developers until it's live. Then check that it works for the people using it.
At the bottom of it all are two things. I listen until I really understand the people I design for. And I stick with it, with my team, until the solution is in their hands.
Let's make it clear.
For individuals and smaller companies, I take on projects through my studio Elude Media: web design and development, branding and AI consulting.
